How to Use Your Authorization Code

To Get a New Card

1. At the Coded Value Adder, choose GET CARD.

The CVA displays “Please enter code” followed by 000-000-0000. The first zero is flashing.

2. Use the keypad to enter the authorization code.

The CVA dispenses the card.

To Add Value to Your Card

1. Insert your MoneyCard into the CVA.

The CVA displays your balance followed by the card serial number.

2. Use the keypad to enter the authorization code.

The CVA displays “Adding $n.nn.” Then it displays your new card balance.

Tips:

• You must use the same CVA you chose for the authorization code. The code will not work with any other CVA.
• You must use the same MoneyCard you used for the authorization code. The code will not work with any other MoneyCard.
• Use the authorization code soon. It expires within a few days.
• The code works only once. Then it becomes invalid.
• If the CVA displays "Cannot add value ... Max balance exceeded," your MoneyCard balance is too high. Spend down your balance and try again.
• If the CVA displays "Cannot revalue until service," the CVA needs service. Please notify the management.
